Green Tea Ice Cream
After a fruitless search to find a local store that carries this, I became determined to learn to make this on my own. It’s actually really simple and the results are delicious
Ingredients
Matcha green tea powder (You can get this online or in specialty food stores)
Soy milk
Non-fat frozen yogurt (vanilla or no flavor )
Directions
- Fill standard sized blender ¼ full of soy milk. Add 1 heaping tablespoon of green tea powder. Blend completely.
- Add frozen yogurt until the blender is about ¾ of the way full. Blend until smooth.
- Serve cold or freeze to serve later. If frozen, allow to thaw slightly before serving.
